I hadn't heard this song before. The truth is that a don't like it. I don't think teachers want to control children ideas. Education is something very important, above all, nowadays.
School days were the best ones, because I didn't have to work, I had a lot of free time, I lived with very little money (not mine but of my parents) and I didn't have to study a lot because if you went to all classes and you paid attention enough the exams weren't so difficult. I think that I will live like this again when I get retired (studing what I like, not working, having a lot of free time and spending my retirement pension)
If you like dance music, you can hear the same song in the discos. Look for: Eric Prydz "Proper education". The lyric is the same, but the rhythm is more fast than the original version.
HEY!!! I love this song!! I already knew it but I didn't know who was the singer (or the band in this case ^^). Could you please put more song and the lyrics?? I love songs in English (especially from the 60's,70's,80's and 90's ^^). Actually, I prefer listening to English music before Spanish music =D however, there are songs in Spanish that are worth listening ^^
